Kathmandu: Sajja Chaulagain has lifted the title of Nepal Idol Season 3.
Praveen Beduwal became the first runner-up while Kiran Kumar Bhujel became the second runner-up in the grand finale held at Nepal Idol’s studio on Friday.
Captain Rameshwor Thapa, Chairman of Annapurna Media Network, announced the winner of Nepal Idol on the basis of votes cast by viewers from all over the world and evaluation of the judges.
Reality Show Nepal Idol, which is aired every Thursday and Friday on AP One HD Television,
is the most popular program in the history of Nepali music.
Sajja, Praveen and Kiran Kumar were in the top three of the competition.
The winner, including the title of Nepal Idol-3, has received a prize of Rs 5 million.
Similarly, the first runner-up received Rs 1 million and the second runner-up received Rs 500,000 in cash.

The winner was announced in the presence of a limited number of people and spectators in the finale of Idol.
Idol Project Head is Suresh Poudel. According to him, the grand finale was conducted normally due to Kovid-19.
Indira Joshi, New Vajracharya and Kali Prasad Banskota are on the judging panel of the program.
The program was held only in the presence of the Idol team after one of the members of the idol team was confirmed to be infected with Coronavirus (Covid-19) on Friday.
